Drum flaker
Drum flaker is a kind of rotating continuous drying equpment with internal heating and conducting. Certain thickness of materials film attaches the drum from materials tank at the under the bottom. Heat is transferred to the internal wall of the drum through pipes and then to the external wall and conduct to the materials film. So that it evaporates the moisture in the materials film so as to dry the materials. Dried products are scrapped off the drum by the blade fixed on the surface of the drum, then fall down to the spiral conveyor under the blade. The conveyor collects the products and output them.
